相信 Google Meet 是不少人除了 Zoom 之外的远端视讯会议首选软体之一，不过过去 Google Meet 画质最多仅支援 720p，虽然以开会来说已经堪用，但很多人还是希望会议的画质更好、更清晰。
现在 Google 听到大家的声音，宣布 Google Meet 终於可以支援 1080p 了！但别急，目前只开放给 Workspace、Google One 使用。就算是符合条件使用者，现在打开 Google Meet 也会先预设关闭，但会收到可以开启 1080p 选项的通知，或是自己手动设定画质；如果频宽有限的话，系统会也会自动调整画质。
不过要注意的是，就算是 Workspace 也有差，现在 Workspace Business Standard、Business Plus、Enterprise Starter、Enterprise Standard、Enterprise Plus、Teaching and Learning Upgrade、Education Plus、Enterprise Essentials 和 Frontline，以及 2TB 以上 Google One 使用者可以使用 1080p。
但是 Google Workspace Essentials、Business Starter、Education Fundamentals、Education Standard、Nonprofits 以及 G Suite Basic 和 Business 现在就还无法支援。
